Bear Stearns expansion into an additional floor entailed a re-layout of the current space and expansion of the existing trading area (over 150 positions). The additional floor provided larger conference rooms, IT communication room, a main reception, and back office space. The new design gave the office a sleek modern look, however, kept in mind the materials and colors used in the existing back office areas.
